Yeah... I'm blogging because A) I'm bored.  B) I have banana bread in the oven and I'm waiting for it to be done. Yummy. So, I THINK Vils is in the Philippines by now, (right?? [i forgot when she's leaving] ) and Lilly doesn't blog very much so I'm kind of alone here... Hmm... Books!!! I got Airhead, and I read it, (duh) and it was good! Then I read the Coldplay Biography (I'm almost done) and I just finished Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella. That was FUNNY. I haven't seen the movie yet, so I can't compare the two, but the book was good! And I just went to the library and got a couple more.

Wow all of my blogs are completely pointless. How. Pathetic. Oh well! Did you hear Michael Jackson died?? How sad..  I never really liked him, but I don't like when people die.. (who does? [don't answer that] ) And supposedly, Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart are dating?? I never saw that coming. But, it might not even be true. I wonder if that would affect the movie.. Well, I'm sorry if you read this pointless rant, but on the (my) bright side (ooooh i like that song.. Mr. Bri-ight-side) I killed 10 minutes! Yay for me!

...havin' a BLAST!

HAH. not really. not yet, anyways. that song just came into my head, that's all.

the last day of school was...sad. and tearful. i cried, more than i did last year, and the year before, but most definitely not as much as i cried in the end of 4th grade, which was when i was moving away.

but for promotion, i got a super-duper-awesome-licious-ness present from my parents, an......IPOD TOUCHHH!!!!! and that night, i stayed up until 12:19 playing on it, then spent a couple more minutes brushing my teeth, praying, trying to sleep...the normal stuff. i am obsessed with it at the moment, and i play with it all the time, charging it about 2-3 times a day.

except i bought one game called "Sally's Spa," which is so amazingly fun and addictive {yes, more addictive than Most Addictive Game}, and i love it! except now i cant play with my ipod all day, because my sister keeps waking up extra early in the morning just to sneak into my room, and unplug my charging ipod to play that game. i dont mind, though. because then i go and get her DS.

well, i'm going to the philippines with my mom for the summer, which will be so. much. fun. i havent been there since i was five, and i'm as excited as heck! so much has changed since i left there! but there's downsides and upsides to going there:

Upsides:

1. I get to see all the exciting changes they've made over there since i left.
2. My mom gets to see her whole side of the family!
3. I get to see the house that i grew up in [from ages 2-5}
4. I see my baby cousin for the first time! [and his sister!}
5. ummm...
6. ALL-YOU-CAN EAT TEMPURAAA!!!
7. stuff is cheaper over thereeee!
8. a roud-trip from the philippines to hong kong is only $58 so...yeah, i'm going. [hongkong disneyland!!!! yayy! is there an "it's a small world" over there??}

Downsides:

1. I still have to know the names and faces and relations of the family that lives there. [about all 34573489573429857342895793485723985723 of them...}
2. my little cousin is obsessed with camp rock, hannah montana, hsm, etc., so if i come back an expert on all of them, i'll have a reason.
3. NO PHOTOSHOP FOR 2 MONTHS!! 0:
4. I can't do anything on my UVD site on neopets...
5. I won't be knowing all the new songs from over here.
6. my mind will be ruined by Wowowee, a Filipino game show that i hate, but other people love. [no offense, guys}
7. i leave about half of my posessions here. [but my camera is coming with meeeee!}
8. and....i wont be able to blog as oftenn!! :(

I love books. Scratch that. I love GOOD books. I can't stand books that take forever to get good. Or books that have such crazy words that I constantly need a dictionary. But... I found Airhead!! :D Yay! Well, technically, my mom found it at a bookstore by her work. She brought it home to me on Monday and I finished it on Tuesday morning. It's not that long. Three hundred pages or something.

It was good though! Not like Twilight or Harry Potter good, but good enough. I can't really explain the story without ruining it or making it sound cheesy, but I'll try. Its about this girl who died in an accident, and her brain was put into a model's body. The model conveniently died of a brain aneurysm (I don't know how to spell it) I think, at the same time the girl died. So the girl has to live the model's life, pretending that the model had amnesia so no one knows about the brain transplant.

Yeah. So I read that, and my mom also got me the Coldplay biography and a GIANT book all about WWII. So I'm VERY happy. :D And I have lots of reading to do. But when I finish those, I saw this book at the grocery store that I wanna read called... Umm I think it was "13 reasons why" or something along those lines. I read a page or 2 in the frozen food aisle, and it looks good. (if you see a girl reading a book at a grocery store, yell "CHARLOTTE!" cuz it might be me, and it would be funny if you did that and it wasn't me. :D)

Okay my icon isn't mad at me anymore! Yay! Sorry I haven't blogged a lot lately, I haven't had anything to talk about. But now its summer. I don't like it. It's too hot. I'm bored. But right now I am obsessed with Coldplay, and finding this book I want to read.

The book is Airhead by Meg Cabot, and I want to read it because it's the first book in it's series and I accidentally read the second one... That one was called Being Nikki, and it was good! But I can't find Airhead anywhere. Stupid bookstores!! They all have Being Nikki, but none have Airhead! Grr.....

Okay, and the Coldplay thing. They're REALLY cool!! I have not heard ONE song by them that I don't like. And for "promotion" my parents got me tickets to their concert in July! :D I'm extremely happy. :D I've noticed recently that I find a new obsession every August. Strange. Last August I discovered Twilight. Nuff said. And they year before I saw Wicked. (instant obsession) I wonder it it'll happen again.. Or if the Coldplay obsession will just explode in August. THE WORLD WILL NEVER KNOW. (haha I love those Tootsie Pop commercials) Well I'll tell you in August.

i just recently realized that i've never really actually met anyone who had an english accent. i mean, i've talked to some before, like employees at costco, and other different public places, but i never really got to know someone with an english accent...until last friday.

i don't know why, but i just find it funny that the first people i've ever met with an accent are less than 7 years old! one is 4, and the other is about 5 or 6. at first, i wasnt really able to hear their accent, as they were talking really fast and at a low volume. but when i got to hear it, i decided it was pretty cute. but they were ANNOYING. well, the older one was.

the first thing i see when i come out of my room is my courtyard, which has a the main entrance into the house. that's where they were. i was getting dressed, and i came out when i was done to greet and welcome our guests[they live in London, their grandma, who lives closeby, is my grandma's cousin...}. i came out of my room the same time as my mom, and my mom saw the kids and hugged them, saying hi. none of the kids bothered to give me a hug, but i guess it's okay, becuase they dont even really know me...

the older one, isabel, just suddenly ran into my room. i was like, "whaaaa...? little girl going into my roooom!" i told my mom that she went into my room, and she told me to get her out of there. so i went to follow her, and as she was coming out, she looked up and smiled at me like this innocent little girl. i couldnt help but to smile back, so i did! and then her smile faded into a frown, and she said, "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TEETH?????" like something was wrong with me. i didnt hear her accent yet, maybe she was talking too fast...

i dont know about you guys, but i think that was pretty rude, even for a 6-year-old. so i said, "they're braces."

"what are those???"

"they're to help straighten my teeth." i wanted to say "you're gonna have them when you grow up, too, so...." but thought otherwise. her teeth were really crooked, though!

later on, i got to meet the other one, the cuter-and-less-annoying one, and she didnt really get on my nerves. until she followed me into my room so i could use the bathroom...then she took pictures of herself with my laptop webcam!! but w/e. she was still really cute. but, weird, her mom says she's the more mischevious one.

i was so happy to see them go, though. they kept trying to follow me into my room, but then i'd be like, "LOOK! YOUR MOM HAS CANDYYYYYY!" and they'll go try and find her. Bwahahahahhahh.

i love kids, but when they get annoying, it's like, "g o  a w a y." and i;m not really good with them. like, i have no idea what to say with them! like, i dont know if they're still in that hannah montana era in their life, or if they;ve moved on to, i don't know, tamagotchis[i loved tamagotchis in 5th grade, btw. hahahh}. so i'd just be like, "oh, what do you do in their spare time?" and i have no idea what they'll be talking about when they answer. so i'd just say, "oh, that;s cool! what is it?" and they'll just stare. and stare. and stare like they're thinking, "WHO IS THIS CRAZY GIRL WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT THIS IS???"

and i'd hope for some kind of interruption, and i usually get it, which is weird. well, so, yayy, interruptions!!

first of all, i would like to start off by saying, "HAPPY JUNE 1ST!!" Random? I don't know what you're talking about...

okay, so I wont start a whole "OMG, GURRRL DID YOU SEE THE TWILIGHT#2 TRAILER, YAAAAAA???" Haha, no. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling like my 'obsession' with Twilight has been fading away, but now that I just saw the trailer on bae.com, I feel like it's slowly starting to come back [oh no!}.

i thought theTwilight movie was...adequate. It was nothing special, nothing like I imagined when I was reading the book, but, hey, it got Stephenie some good publicity, and Rob some crazy teenage fans that chase him to the bathroom and back. So...goody for them? i was actually kinda dumfounded when i heard that Twilight won the MTV Award for best movie...

I seriously think that New Moon will be so much better that Twilight, even though I liked the Twilight book a billion times better than the New Moon one. For the previews of Twilight, I was like, "ohhh, there's gonna be a movie, cool. i guess i'll watch it, then..." But for the New Moon trailer, I was like, "OOOOH...but NOVEMBER 20?? too long!!" Bahhhahah. And to be honest, the CGI effects of Taylor transforming into a werewolf was so much better than I imagined, so thanks, CGI people of Summit!
